How Many Bar Stools Come in the Box?

Depending on the size of the stool, the box will contain 1 or 2 stools.

Do Your Bar Stools Arrive Assembled?

No, we deliver our kitchen bar stools unassembled for one main reason— to protect them from damage during the shipment process.

How Long Does It Take to Build a Bar Stool?

It shouldn’t take you more than 5 minutes to build your barstool. We have created an illustration and an easy-to-follow video to help you build your barstool.

What Type of Bar Stools Do You Offer?

We offer chrome polished leather faux and upholstered kitchen bar stools. You have the choice between ordering a gas-lift or a fixed bar stool. You can also choose from a wide range of colours and styles.

How Do Gas-lift Bar Stools Function?

A gas-lift mechanism allows you to adjust the barstool to your desired height. Sit on the barstool and lift the lever up to lower it. Lift the lever up to raise the stool while standing.

What Features Do the Bar Stools Have?

Apart from the gas-lift mechanism, our bar stools have a variety of different features that work towards increasing comfort for prolonged sitting. They include a 360-degree swivel, ergonomic design, cushioned back support, armrest, and footrest.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

You can expect to receive your barstool within 1 to 2 working days except for certain items the delivery time may take longer. Find the expected delivery time for barstools in the product details. This excludes weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays.

We process all orders received after 2 PM the next working day. It may take longer to process your order on holidays, especially around Christmas. For more information, please visit Delivery Information.

What Delivery Service Do You Use to Deliver Bar Stools?

We use DPD or Fastway Couriers who deliver our bar stools in Ireland. We deliver our barstools across the country. You’ll see the shipping costs before completing your purchase.

What is Your Refunds and Returns Policy?

In the event you receive the wrong product, we can replace it with the right one. If you received the correct product but it’s defective or damaged upon arrival, we will only exchange it with the same product and you need to do it within 5 days.

If you received a faulty bar stool, you need to report it to us within 3 days from the day you received or collected it. We also don’t accept any returns on a product if you have changed your mind about getting it.

To qualify for a full refund or an exchange, you need to do so within 30 days, given the item is in its original packaging and is unused and undamaged. Items returned within 30 days incur a 20% restocking fee. For more information, please visit Refunds and Returns.

What is the Cooling-off Period?

The cooling-off period gives you 14 days to cancel your order. You don’t have to give us a reason for cancelling the order and you won’t face any incurring fees and penalties for doing so. You will only pay for returning bar stools. The cooling-off period begins on the day you receive the bar stool. In the event you acquired a service, the cooling-off period starts on the day the agreement for distance selling ends.

How Do I Return the Bar Stools?

You can contact us to speak to one of our customer service representatives with your concerns regarding your bar stool. If you wish to return it, you will need to pay your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable and we will deduct the cost of return shipping from the refund you receive if approved.

When Will I Get My Money Back?

If you are approved for a refund, we’ll return your money via the chosen method you used upon ordering. We will process your request for a refund within 5 to 7 days, starting from the day we receive the returned bar stools. In case you haven’t received your refund, check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then contact your bank.

How Do I Exchange Kitchen Bar Stools?

If you need to exchange your product with the same one because you received a defective or damaged one, email us at [email protected]. However, your location can lead to delays in delivery. If you’re returning an expensive bar stool, we recommend using a shipping service that allows you to track the item.

How Do I Make Changes to My Order?

You can make changes to your order before you receive it by contacting our customer service representative. If you placed a special request for a bar stool to be made in a specific size and/or colour, we apologise for the inconvenience, but we won’t be able to cancel it because it’s already in development.

How Do I Place an Order on the Website?

We have created a user-friendly website to streamline the ordering process. Our website automatically detects your country. For every action you take, we immediately notify you of the change. You can click “Add to Cart” on the kitchen bar stools you want to buy. This will redirect you to another page, which will give you two options.

You can either “Continue Shopping” or “Proceed to Checkout.” By choosing “Continue Shopping,” it will redirect will to the previous page. You can also increase or decrease the number of bar stools you need from the “Product Page” or the “Order Page”.

If you want to remove an item from your basket, just click on the “Cart” icon in the upper right corner of the website. If you accidentally removed an item, just click “Undo.” Next, click “Update” to update your cart.

Can I Favourite the Bar Stools I Like Before Buying?

Yes, you can favourite all the kitchen bar stools you like, so you can return later to select the ones you want to purchase and then place your order.

What Payment Methods Do You Offer?

You can pay for the bar stools through credit card, debit card, or Google Pay, which is an express checkout option. If paying with a credit or debit card, you need to fill out the billing and shipping details. If you have a coupon, you can add it when viewing your cart or at checkout.

Do Your Prices Include VAT?

Our prices for bar stools in Ireland are inclusive of Value-Added Tax or VAT (if applicable) at the most recent rates and are correct at the time of entering your details. The total cost displayed includes the cost of the products and may also include if applicable delivery charges.

What Security Measures Do You Take to Protect Sensitive Customer Data?

We use Stripe Payments to securely process all credit and debit card transactions. We don’t store any of your credit or debit card details on our server.

What is Your Privacy Policy?

We collect two types of “Personal Information”. They are Order Information” and “Device Information.” Order Information consists of your name, billing and shipping address, and payment details. Device Information includes your IP address, web browser, time zone, and cookies installation on devices.

Do I Need to Create an Account to Buy Bar Stools?

After you place your order, you will need to create an account on our website to track your order. You can track your order from our website by logging in with your email or username and password. We will keep your “Order Information” for any future purchases you may make.

In doing so, you will not have to add your details such as name and address again. If you, at any time, want us to delete your information, please get in touch with us.

How Do I Reset My Password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can click on “Lost Your Password,” which you will find on the “Login” and “Tracking My Order” pages, both found under “My Account” at the bottom of the website. To reset your password, you need to provide us with either your “Username” or “Email.” We will email you a link to reset your password.

Do Your Bar Stools Come with a Guarantee?

We use high-quality material and experienced workmanship to ensure you receive flawless kitchen bar stools. We certify that your item will be free of defects in both material and workmanship under regular use for a duration of one year from the date of receiving the product.
