- Order processing times. After an order is placed, how many days will it take to get it ready to ship?Orders are generally shipped within 2 working days of receiving your order, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Orders received after 2pm are processed the next working day. Orders may take longer to process at certain times of the year, in particular Christmas time – if you have any questions please get in touch.
- Domestic Shipping . Orders are shipped with either Fastway Couriers or DPD Couriers and the transit times are generally within a few days – excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Shipping costs. The cost of shipping is displayed before you complete your purchase, this is made clear at the checkout.
- Returns, changes and cancellations. You can return your order to us, within 14 days. Items must be in the condition they were received in. We can not offer a full refund if items are damaged, marked or if the items or not returned in a saleable condition. You can change your order before it is dispatched, we will try to accommodate changes to your order where we can. You can cancel your order before it is dispatched and return your order for a refund minus delivery charges, items must be in a saleable condition.To return your product, please get in contact with us and we will be able to guide you through the returns process. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so it is advisable to use a tracked service.
